Bogart Barbell offers many ways to get strong. each client can select the program and pricing that best suits their needs.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
This offering is fully customized, one-on-one, training with a coach. The client can expect exclusive attention as well as customize programming that is tailored to optimize training effects for the individual.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Two or three athletes will train together. Though not fully customized, training programs are still highly tailored toward the goals of each individual. Because the group is so small, each lift, by each individual, is observed and examined by the coach. In addition, the camaraderie of having training partners improves individual accountability.

STRENGTH CLASS

Members of these classes (up to 9 members) will experience generalized strength training that is efficient and effective. There is always a coach present to help improve form and adjust programming when needed. Classes offer a true community atmosphere where the members benefit from the encouragement and accountability of their classmates.

ONLINE COACHING
Training on a set schedule and location can be very difficult for some. This does NOT mean that you cannot train! Clients can train on their own schedule, at their own facility, and still receive personalized training programs with exclusive attention from a coach. This option requires that the sessions be recorded with a mobile app and submitted to the coach on the agreed-upon schedule. This method still offers the option to meet the coach in person for live training sessions on a monthly basis.
